We Welcome New Members to Our Group!
Membership in the Jefferson Choral Society is open to anyone high school age and up with experience in choral music. New singers are always welcome, and we invite you to attend the next open rehearsal.
Auditions for the 2025-2026 season are scheduled by attending an open rehearsal held on:
- September 8, 2025, for our Christmas concert on December 13 & 14, 2025
- December 15, 2025, for our mid-winter concert on February 22, 2026
- February 23, 2026, for our spring concert on April 26, 2026
Details of Membership
- The Jefferson Choral Society season runs from the second Monday in September through Memorial Day weekend in May.
- Rehearsals take place Monday evenings from 7pm - 9pm at Saint Andrew Presbyterian Church. You are expected to attend a majority of rehearsals in order to sing in each concert. Section leaders maintain attendance.
- Fees are $110 for the entire season or $40 for each concert. The student rate is $60 for the entire season and $20 per concert.
- Formal concert attire is required. Ordering information will be provided for new members.
- Singers must have email addresses in order to access the Members Only area of this website.
Volunteer
We are always looking for volunteers to serve in multiple ways. We are fortunate to have many member singers volunteer at various times throughout the season.Areas of service

- Assistance with fundraisers
- Publicity and advertising
